Out of Touch for a Couple Weeks

Hi All,

I just wanted to let everyone know that due to a combination of several personal circumstances, I will be out of touch for the next couple weeks.  Everything will be OK, so please don't worry about me.  I will do a detailed post explaining everything after I come back to work probably the 2nd week of December.

Also, my home office # (714) 964-0656 will not be working after this week due to some other changes being made at home.  After next week, if you need to contact me, please use my cell # (714) 328-1223.

Also wanted to let you know that I am selling a brand new, sealed up in the box, never touched Cricut Expression 2 Anniversary Edition machine (the one that has 4 pre-installed cartridges, the green end caps & that hasn't been readily available from Provo Craft!!).  I am also selling a Cricut Cake machine (the large one that's basically an Expression machine) & all its' accessories--this machine has only been used once & is in perfect mint condition!!  Willing to throw in a much loved, perfectly working Cricut baby Bug (original Cricut machine) for free with the best offer!  Please email me your best offers at glendascreativeplace@outlook.com --serious offers only please!

In the meantime thank you sooooo very much for your patience during this very difficult and trying time for me.  I will be back to work as soon as I'm physically able to do so!

  5. Thank you for a wonderful blog. Your suggestions are so helpful. I've been journaling for quite some time and it helps me to write down my prayer for the day and helps me focus. As for meditating, I like to play a CD with nature or ocean sounds. It's very calming.

Cricut Markers using "Glenda's Marker Method"-Videos!

Do you want an easier & more precise way to use your Cricut Markers? For those of you who never saw my post waaaayyy last year on the Cricut MB outlining how to use my "Glenda's Cricut Marker Method", I finally taped some videos back in February (2009), but sadly, they were part of a group of Cricut videos I'd done that somehow disappeared off my hard drive. Then, after I recently did a "disk defrag" they magically reappeared, which was a THRILL!!!! So I finally got them edited & loaded up to YouTube. There is a "short" version of the Tutorial, which only talks about using the markers (using my "method", which does differ from the manufacturer's directions!) & shows how to change them, etc. Then there is an "extended" version, which is a 3-Part Tutorial that not only demonstrates how to use the "Glenda's Cricut Marker Method", but also gives some other "Hints & How-To's" in typica

Ultimate Crafter's Companion--2 new Video mini-tutorials

Well, today/tonight I made a couple little mini-tutorials regarding the Ultimate Crafter's Companion (UCC). One shows how to replace the hinges when you get your new ones and the other shows what I've done to help keep my tools "on-board" & in place with the UCC. Here's the video that shows you how to change the hinges on your UCC/Ultimate Crafter's Companion: And here's the video about keeping your tools in place & on-board: Hope these help. Don't hesitate to ask if you have other specific questions about either the Ultimate Crafter's Companion (UCC) or the Rock-A-Blocks (RAB). Just post a comment in the comment section following this thread. Also, please don't forget to vote to be entered in my BLOG CANDY give away--see the previous thread from March 6th for all the details!!!
