Because this is an internet business, I really have tried working 24/7, but had to admit that in the end, that I am only human and just could not do it, no matter how badly I wanted to!! MY BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY:
I treat my customers the way I want to be treated. This is why I'm always willing to do the little "extras" for you, and why you should never hesitate to ask. This is also why I still check every order, to make sure you've ordered the best combination of things, or have ordered everything you need to make what you've ordered work correctly. This is also why, if I think you could do things in a different way that would save you money, you will hear from me!! It's not that I'm being "snoopy", it's just that I know from lots of experience and from being a true crafter myself, the best way or the best combination of items to make sure you get the very best value for your purchase!
In addition to being the original "Gadget Queen / Queen of Crafting Tools" I have also somehow become the "Dear Abby" of the craft world over the years, so if you have ANY question about scrapbooking or paper-crafting, please don't hesitate to ask. I will always try to help, or send you to the correct resource.

SHIPPING / PRE-ORDERS / BACK-ORDERS...
Order processing time: is 7-10 business days, but as most of my customers already know, if your items are in stock, it usually happens within 24 to 48 (business) hours! Please be aware that this does not include shipment time. Once we ship out of here, we are not responsible for any delay that could be associated with the Post Office (USPS) or UPS.
Tracking information: is sent to you automatically through PayPal once your order has shipped.
Domestic / Standard Shipping: is done using USPS (United States Postal Service), or UPS (but it's usually USPS!!). Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery from the day of shipping for standard shipping.
Expedited/Priority Shipping: is done using USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery from the day of shipping.
International shipping: International shipments are generally sent using USPS International Priority Service, which typically takes 10-14 business days, depending on the country. There are some items that can not be sent via air for international, so those would need to go thru UPS (example: alcohol inks, etc.).
Pre-Orders: If you want to order in-stock items along with pre-order items, it is best to place 2 separate orders for them, UNLESS you're willing to wait to have them all shipped together, whenever the pre-order items arrive here. If you're OK with waiting until everything is in stock and having them shipped together, please put a REMARK on your order accordingly to let me know!! (Thanks!!). All orders for newly released items / pre-orders will be PREPAID. Credit Cards are charged through PayPal when the order is placed. Pre-order cancellations will be charged a 10% fee. If you have a pre-order item, please know that your pre-order items are shipped to you just as soon as they arrive here from the manufacturer. (Believe me, I am pushing our storage room to the limit and can't wait to ship them out of here once they arrive, LOL!!!)
Back-Orders: With the large variety of products that I carry and sell, I can't always guarantee at the time of your order that the item is readily in stock. But most times, if I'm out of stock at the time of your order, I will then order that item(s) to be shipped to me right away, so I can send it to you. If however, for some reason, I cannot fulfill your order in the 7-10 business days, I'll notify you of the back-order or delay and you can advise me how to proceed with your outstanding item(s).
SAVING MONEY ON SHIPPING:
Another way to help save money on shipping is to share shipping with a friend!!! For example, two of the Pink ATGs (adhesive tape guns) can be shipped together within the USA for just a bit more than shipping one by itself!! And if you are an INTERNATIONAL customer, sharing shipping with a friend can often produce some really serious savings on your shipping charges!!
If you want to share shipping with a friend, there are a couple ways to go about it. You could have one person place the entire order themselves and then work it all out between yourselves. Or, if each of you wants to pay for their own items separately, then all parties need to email me individually so that each of you can tell me which products you are each ordering, as well as provide me with each of your own PayPal information, etc., and then be sure to tell me the name(s) of who else you are sharing shipping with. Between yourselves, you need to decide which of you will be responsible for receiving the shipment and that person needs to include that information in their email as well, so I know which PayPal shipping information to use when sending the package. If you are buying items that have the PayPal Shopping Cart Buttons attached to them, I will manually adjust any extra shipping that might possibly get billed as a normal process while placing those orders. Or for all other products that don't have any PayPal Shopping Cart Buttons, I can manually invoice each of you separately for your own items, and can either include your share of the shipping on each of your invoices, or if you prefer, I can put the entire shipping charge on just one invoice and you can work it out among yourselves. Sharing shipping works especially well if your orders can be shipped together in any of the Priority Flat Rate shipping boxes or envelopes!!
SHIPPING CHARGES USING THE SHOPPING CART BUTTONS:
When using most e-commerce shopping carts, including the PayPal version, unfortunately there isn't much flexibility in how most of these shopping carts administer their "shipping rules". So there might be times when the shipping could be charged at a little bit higher rate than what I might be able to figure out for you on my own. None of these shipping modules, even the ones that cost hundreds of extra dollars a month, can account for the extra things I do on my own for my customers, which is to go in and put everything you've ordered into different packaging, etc. until I find the best shipping method / rate for each particular combination of the items that on your order, or remove excess outer packaging, etc.
However, I've come up with a work-around of my own and it's working beautifully! If, after going the checkout process (after using the PayPal Shopping Cart Buttons), you feel (or know!) the shipping charge might be a bit higher than it should be, or, if you just want me to double check it for you, please put a REMARK on the order during the checkout process--(there is a place for this during checkout where it says something similar to: "ADD SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO SELLER" ). In that space, please put a remark similar to this: ***Glenda, please check shipping cost on this order and if over-charged, refund accordingly!***
I will see those special instructions on your order, and I’ll know then to re-check the shipping charge. If it does end up that there is an over-charge for shipping on your order, I can easily refund it by going back into PayPal after I print out your shipping label and refunding the difference between the amount you were charged for shipping during the PayPal checkout and the amount I was just charged by the shipping vendor (USPS, UPS...) for your shipping label. And the best news is, the refund shows up in your PayPal account immediately, just as soon as it is issued, in "real-time". So please don't worry about being over-charged for shipping. I am always happy to refund the difference for you if you do have an over-charge because of the PayPal shopping cart!
HOW TO CONTACT ME USING FREE VIDEO CHAT SERVICE:

I use ooVoo video chat, which I prefer over Skype because I get better clarity with ooVoo, even when video chatting with people on the farthest side of the world from me. ooVoo is a free video chat service done over the internet—all you need is to download their free software at www.ooVoo.com , and you need a web-cam, which are now built-in on most computers and laptops, or if you don’t have an internal built-in web-cam, you can purchase one very cheaply and it will work off of one of your USB ports on your computer.
To access ooVoo, just download it (for free!!) from their website, www.ooVoo.com and then run the setup and/or.exe file just like you would for any other program. When you’re doing the set-up, it will ask you if you want to add your Contacts from Facebook, other social media, as well as other email services—when I did my own set-up, I told it no, I didn’t want the program to automatically add all those people to my ooVoo Contacts, and instead, I went in and added those people that I wanted, one by one, by myself. ***FYI, if you have family and/or friends that live away from you, you can use ooVoo to video chat with them as well, as long as they have a web-camera. Not only do I use ooVoo for business, but we also use it to video chat with family members almost every night after dinner who are in other countries. It is an amazing thing that keeps us connected with our loved ones!!
When you set-up your ooVoo account, please add me to your ooVoo Contacts by clicking on “ADD FRIENDS” and enter my ooVoo ID: glendascreativeplace. I will get a notice that you want to add me, then I’ll respond and we’ll be set-up to video chat for free!!! ***If there’s a possibility that I might not recognize your ooVoo ID, it would be helpful for you to email me at glendascreativeplace@yahoo.com and let me know you are trying to add me to your ooVoo Contacts, and be sure to include your name, as well as your ooVoo ID.
Video Chat Protocol: If you want to video chat with me, my biggest rule is: Please--Do NOT "glam" yourself up for me, because I can assure you that when I'm working here in my home office, I am anything but glamorous!! My general look during work hours is no make-up, usually my hair is pulled up or into a ponytail or braid, and my work wardrobe usually consists of t-shirts, pajamas pants or jean shorts (depending on the time of the year!), along with different pairs of well-loved slippers or sandals. Please rest assured that I could care less what you look like--all I care about is that we're able to chat together all across the world, or just across the county (yes, I even video chat with customers who live in different cities here in Orange County!!) and we get to do it for free!!
Because I'm not always sitting here 24/7, waiting for someone to call me for video chat, the best thing is to email me at glendascreativeplace@yahoo.com and let's try to set-up a general time-frame that both of us will be online--please put the words "OOVOO CHAT REQUEST" in your email subject line. In order for any of us to video chat with one another, we both need to have our status set to ONLINE in ooVoo. To do that, when you're signed into ooVoo and on your main ooVoo screen, just click on FILE, CHANGE MY STATUS, and select ONLINE.
