More new CHA Product updates & information-Spellbinders, JustRite, Zutter, Ranger...

WooHoo!!!! I finally got a tracking # from Spellbinders for the ONLY dies that weren't sent in my original shipment (the one that I received from them last Monday, 2/15/10) and the news is good!  They've been shipped and that usually means a couple of days delivery time from Spellbinders headquarters to me (at the most), so the wait is almost over for that small handful of dies that were delayed coming in from overseas!

To recap, I already have ALL the new Spellbinders releases in my hands right now, except for the missing Easter dies & the new Big Scalloped Circles and those will be here any day now!!!!  YIPPPEEEE!!

For those of you who haven't seen all the new Spellbinders CHA Releases, here's a link to most of them: http://spellbinderspaperarts.com/new-dies?limit=all . The new items that aren't shown in this link are the new Impressabilities (for embossing and letter-pressing) and you can find those on this link (--the first 6 shown on this page are the new releases--and they're even prettier in person!!): http://spellbinderspaperarts.com/impressabilities .

For those of you who haven't spoken with me about my Spellbinders pricing for the CHA New Releases, here's the pricing that I set up before I went to CHA for the pre-orders and I'm still honoring these fabulous prices right now:

If the MSRP is $24.99, my price is $15.99.
If the MSRP is $19.99, my price is $13.99.
If the MSRP is $ 6.99, my price is $ 4.49.

If you've been waiting for the Spellbinders new releases to arrive before placing your order, then your wait is over!! You can place an order for the new Spellbinders releases, as well as the newest releases from JustRite Stamps (or any of the other manufacturers I carry!!) by emailing me the list of products that you want (with the product name and product code --if you happen to have that!!), along with your zip code (for shipping) to glendascreativeplace@yahoo.com .  Please put the words: "NEW CHA RELEASES" in your email subject line.

I've also placed orders for a small amount of the beautiful new colors released at CHA in the Tim Holtz Distress Inks product line.  It appears from the emails I'm receiving about them that I'm going to have to place an additional order to get more of them for you!!  So, if you want any of the new Distress Inks and/or their re-inkers, please let me know that as well!!  Here's a link to the Ranger site which shows the new colors with their product code (this is for the ink pads)--they're on the first line and are the first twelve shown: http://rangerink.com/products/prod_dyeink_distresspads.htm .  And here's a link to the re-inkers for the new colors along with their product codes: http://rangerink.com/products/prod_dyeink_distressreinker.htm .  (Please specify in your email if you want the ink pads or the re-inkers, or both!!  Thanks!!)

I was lucky enough to have taken another class with my "Tim Timmie" (the genius aka Tim Holtz!!) at CHA, so I got to play with all his new Distress ink colors and they are spectacular!!  My personal favorites are the new pink, Spun Sugar, some of the new blues, especially the Tumbled Glass & Chipped Sapphire, and I'm sooooo excited about the new Pumice Stone, which is FINALLY the most perfect distressing color--EVER!!!  As much as I love Antique Lace, Old Paper & few others for distressing, they all have a sort of color cast, either yellowish or greenish.  But Pumice Stone didn't seem to have any color cast like that--it was just PERFECT!!!  I can't wait for these arrive at my door!!

I've also had a lot of questions and requests about the new Zutter Distrezz-It-All (aka DIA), which is another fabulous and incredibly useful and smart tool by the same manufacturer, Zutter, who makes our beloved Bind-It-All (BIA) and DreamKuts (DK) machines!!! This new tool actually automatically distresses your papers and all the way up to heavy material such as corrugated cardboard!  No more hand-sanding for us!!  No more destroying your nails and manicure! The DIA will distress cardboard, chipboard, wood, leather, fabric-covered projects and up to 12 sheets of cardstock at once, all in the blink of an eye!   I WILL be ordering the Distrezz-It-All for those of you who ask me to order it for you.  The MSRP is $39.99, but obviously I will have a "special coupon code" and/or a "bundle" for my customers, to make sure you get it at a better price.  However, due to the Minimum Advertised Price Policy (aka MAP) instituted by Zutter, I can not publish or advertise my "special" price, so you will have to email me for those Distrezz-It-All  "specials/coupon codes/bundles"!!  Here's a link to a YouTube video showing what the DIA can do:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HFrjSwnmdMs&feature=player_embedded

I will also order, upon request, the new Zutter Cutter (aka ZUTKUT), which is their new seriously powerful trimmer.  This trimmer can cut almost anything, from the lightest weight paper, on up to chipboard, book board, Zutter Canvas Artboard, Zutter Clipboard Wood, foam board, stacks of cardstock, leather and Zutter's New Corrugated Cardboard.  So for those of you who need a more powerful and efficient trimmer, you may want to consider this new ZUTKUT.  It is a serious and heavy duty trimmer, from the construction of it, which is made from steel, on up to the price tag.  The MSRP is a hefty $169.99, but once again, I will have coupon codes, specials and bundles, which will allow for a much better price.  And once again, because of the Zutter MAP, I can't advertise those prices here, so you'll need to email me for them. Here's a YouTube video which shows this new new Zutter Kutter:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnOAlSZS2YI&feature=player_embedded# . FYI--both of these Zutter products are due for release in March.

Well, there's the latest news and wrap-ups from Glenda's Creative Place, all about the new and most fun product releases from CHA Winter 2010!!!!!!!!  As always, please email me for help and information at glendascreativeplace@yahoo.com .

Cricut Markers using "Glenda's Marker Method"-Videos!

Do you want an easier & more precise way to use your Cricut Markers? For those of you who never saw my post waaaayyy last year on the Cricut MB outlining how to use my "Glenda's Cricut Marker Method", I finally taped some videos back in February (2009), but sadly, they were part of a group of Cricut videos I'd done that somehow disappeared off my hard drive. Then, after I recently did a "disk defrag" they magically reappeared, which was a THRILL!!!! So I finally got them edited & loaded up to YouTube. There is a "short" version of the Tutorial, which only talks about using the markers (using my "method", which does differ from the manufacturer's directions!) & shows how to change them, etc. Then there is an "extended" version, which is a 3-Part Tutorial that not only demonstrates how to use the "Glenda's Cricut Marker Method", but also gives some other "Hints & How-To's" in typica
